The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy, fresh food restaurant in Ringwood. This is a high-volume kitchen serving a strong food offering across both indoor dining and outdoor service areas, within a venue that also operates guest rooms.

You will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service and consistently high standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience at Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous / Senior CDP level
• Background in fresh food, high-volume kitchens
• Ability to support and lead a team during busy service
• Strong organisation and kitchen management skills
• Passion for quality ingredients and consistency
• Confident in maintaining food safety and kitchen standards
• Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends
• Live In available.
