We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established local manufacturer in St Leonards-on-Sea who is looking to expand their team.

Working Hours
Day Shift
Monday to Friday
08:00 - 17:00
No weekend working required.
The Role
You will be working as part of a busy production team assembling small components to high quality standards. Duties may include:
- Assembly of small components
- Quality checking finished products
- Following production instructions and processes
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Meeting production targets while ensuring quality standards are achieved
Who We're Looking For
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, although full training will be provided.
This role would suit candidates who have worked as or have interest in:
- Production Operative
- Assembly Operative
- Manufacturing Operative
- Warehouse Operative with assembly experience
- Jewellery or watch repair
- Sewing, textiles, or embroidery
- Beauty therapy or nail technology
- Laboratory or pharmacy environments
