Night Staff (Kitchen & Barista)
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Sunday
Hours: Night Shifts
- 5pm - 1am
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Night Staff Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in both kitchen operations and barista duties who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages to a high standard
- Supporting kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shift
- Following food safety procedures and company policies
- Assisting with stock rotation and replenishment
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in both kitchen and barista roles
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Ability to work night shifts on a flexible rota basis
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
