👨🍳 The Role
You'll be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen organisation.
Your day-to-day will include:
🍽️ Preparing and cooking fresh food
🥗 Ensuring excellent presentation and consistency
📦 Stock management and rotation
✅ Following food safety and HACCP procedures
👥 Supporting and working alongside the wider kitchen team
🎯 Delivering outstanding service every day
🌟 We're Looking For
You could be a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking for your next challenge.
You'll ideally have:
✔️ Previous chef experience
✔️ A passion for fresh food
✔️ Strong organisational skills
✔️ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
✔️ A positive attitude and team-focused approach
✔️ The ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
