Blue Arrow is recruiting Assembly Operatives, Production Operatives and Manufacturing Operatives to join a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer in Belper.

🚀 Inductions take place every Tuesday and Thursday, with immediate starts available following successful onboarding.

💷 Pay Rates (Pay progression)

Days: £14.05 - £17.75 per hour

Afternoons: £16.02 - £19.72 per hour

Nights: £17.05 - £20.75 per hour

🕒 Rotating Shift Pattern

Days

• Mon-Thu: 06:00-14:30
• Fri: 06:00-12:00

Afternoons

• Mon-Thu: 14:30-23:00
• Fri: 12:00-18:00

Nights

• Sun: 20:30-06:00
• Mon-Thu: 23:00-06:00

⭐ Essential Requirements

✅ Previous assembly or production experience

✅ Able to work all three shift patterns

✅ Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping

✅ Able to follow work instructions and quality standards

✅ Safety-conscious with a positive attitude

✅ Own transport if travelling from outside Belper

⚠️ Public transport may not be available for all shift start and finish times. Candidates who do not live locally will need their own transport to travel to and from site.

🔧 Key Duties

• Assembling products and components
• Using hand tools and production equipment
• Carrying out quality checks and visual inspections
• Packing finished products
• Following production processes and work instructions
• Working to production targets
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
• Following strict health & safety procedures
