We have established our own auditing and assessment activities to ensure that modern slavery is correctly monitored, reported, and prevented across any of supply chain. As a recruitment agency, providing a safe, legal, space for our candidates and clients is of the utmost importance to us.

We continue to regularly review our policies and processes in line with the Act to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone who encounters us. It is compulsory for all Blue Arrow staff to undertake annual training courses to ensure awareness, safe detection, and reporting of suspicions of modern slavery. For example, this includes monitoring for discrepancies such as candidate bank details not matching the name of the candidate in work, or one set of payroll details being submitted for multiple placed workers.
