We are a Warrington based company who manufactures plastics and moulds into shapes for various appliances. We also add colours for specific brands We're looking for a experienced Production Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production, process operations, manufacturing, food, chemical, plastics or other industrial environments who takes pride in doing a job properly and safely.
Your role day to day
You'll be involved in the full manufacturing process, including:
- Weighing and preparing raw materials
- Mixing and blending compounds
- Operating extrusion and production equipment
- Quality checking products throughout the process
- Packaging finished products
- Completing production documentation accurately
- Cleaning machinery and work areas to a high standard
- Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining production efficiency
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work as part of a close-knit team to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Our team is friendly and welcoming
Is this you?
Experience within a manufacturing, production or process environment
Comfortable operating machinery and following procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Health & Safety focused with a proactive attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
