Job Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Belfast
Hours: Sunday 9am-1pm (day shift) and Monday - Thursday 6pm-230am (night shift)
Pay Rate: Sunday £26.20 per hour, Monday-Thursday £17.42 per hour
Blue Arrow have fantastic job opportunities for Warehouse Operative in the Edgewater Road area of Belfast- you must be able to commit to the shift pattern of Sunday 9am-1pm and Monday - Thursday 6pm-230am. This could become a permanent role for the right candidates.
As a Warehouse Operative you will be required to:
* Pick warehouse orders as necessary
* Pull warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements
* Ensure that orders are accurate
* Use a hand barcode scanner for some orders
* Pack and stage items correctly for delivery
* Oversee stock replenishment
* Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
* Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed
* Perform other general warehouse duties including cleaning as required
Although full training will be given an ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience as a warehouse operative
* Be hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable
* Be able to work effectively as part of a team
* Have good literacy and numeracy for accurate order
