Warehouse Operative / Production Operative
Burton-on-Trent
£14.03 per hour
Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Rotating Shifts
Start Date: November 2026
We're recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a growing healthcare manufacturing business in Burton-on-Trent.
Key Duties
- Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately
- Mixing products in line with written instructions
- Using specialist manufacturing equipment
- Following production worksheets and procedures
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Completing production and quality documentation
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks
- Maintaining high hygiene and quality standards
- Working in a controlled environment whilst following PPE requirements
Shift Pattern
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm
and Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm

- Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
- Reliable and organised approach to work
- Comfortable working to quality and hygiene standards
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
