Are you looking for a rewarding warehouse role with a leading two-person home delivery specialist? We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established logistics company based in Airdrie.
📍 Location: Airdrie
💷 Pay Rate: AM - £12.71, Backshift - £13.43 and Nightshift - £14.65
⏰ Shifts Available:
· AM 6am -2.30pm,
· Backshift - 2pm-10pm
· Nightshift - 10pm-6am
Please note shifts times might change slightly must be flexible with start and finish times.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of large and bulky goods, ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Scanning and processing goods using warehouse systems
- Conducting quality checks on products
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and excellent timekeeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
