Job Role: Warehouse Operative
Locations: Cookstown
Hours: Mon-Fri, 1-7pm or 3-7pm
Pay rate: £13.02
Your Role:
Working for our internationally renowned logistics client, as a warehouse operative you will be responsible for the safe loading/unloading, scanning, sorting, and processing of shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires high attention to detail for compliance, physical stamina for handling heavy packages, and team collaboration. Common duties include data entry, updating shipment locations, and managing inventory flow.
Your Responsibilities:
* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
* Processing incoming and outgoing shipments in line with compliance procedures
* Accurately scanning and sorting parcels and stock
* Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
* Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Requirements:
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting
* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in logistics or distribution is an advantage
* Subject to basic Access NI check and additional vetting (5-year address & work history)
