Your Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely
- Moving stock within the warehouse environment
- Conducting stock checks and inventory control duties
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and efficient
- Working effectively as part of a busy warehouse team
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience using hand-held scanners is advantageous
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Own transport is beneficial due to some client locations
- Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or VNA licences are advantageous but not essential
