Warehouse Operative

Reading, Berkshire Full Time | Monday to Friday £30,000+ per annum

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operative on behalf of a well-established business based in Reading.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, helping to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Booking stock in and out
• Checking goods for quality and accuracy
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
• Working towards daily operational targets
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Takes ownership of their work and responsibilities
• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Is willing to learn and develop within the role
• Has previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
