Night Warehouse Operatives Required in Reading RG2
Location: Reading RG2, Imperial Way
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (Night Shift, Post Parity £15.01per hour (Night shift)
Shift Pattern: 00:30am - 09:00am (Night Shift Hours) - Across any day of the week.
We are currently recruiting for Night Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a well-established client in Reading RG2. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals seeking ongoing work in a busy warehouse environment.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring goods are handled efficiently and accurately to meet business demands.
Key Duties:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse
- Assisting with unloading deliveries and checking goods in
- Preparing orders for dispatch or collection
- Scanning parcels and updating tracking systems
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience desirable
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Understanding of health & safety practices
