Warehouse Operative - Essex
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Essex.
Job Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Picking and packing orders.
- Heavy lifting and manual handling of stock.
- Moving goods throughout the warehouse safely.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Working within a chilled warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Must be willing to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends when required.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- 37.5 hours per week
- Rotating shifts
- Weekend work required as part of the shift pattern
