Warehouse Office Administrator

Join Our Team

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and proactive Warehouse Office Administrator to join our busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of warehouse and logistics activities.

As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the Goods In and Goods Out functions, helping to ensure the smooth flow of stock, documentation, and information throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support within a busy warehouse office environment.
  • Process Goods In and Goods Out documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with lorry drivers regarding deliveries, collections, and site procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and update warehouse management systems.
  • Work closely with warehouse, transport, inventory, and management teams.
  • Manage emails, telephone enquiries, and general office administration tasks.
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support daily warehouse activities and assist with ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ensure all paperwork and system transactions are completed accurately and within required timescales.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong IT and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Confidence when interacting with drivers, colleagues, and external contacts.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure during busy operational periods.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous warehouse administration experience.
  • Experience using SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
