Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Blue Arrow is currently recruiting an experienced
Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of XPO Logistics, one of the world's leading logistics providers. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on supervisor to join a fast-paced operation with genuine long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a warehouse team
- Drive productivity, efficiency and operational performance
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and site procedures
- Support colleague training, coaching and development
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
- Commitment to health, safety and operational excellence
- Experience working within a busy logistics or distribution environment
