We're looking for a friendly, hardworking and reliable Waiting Staff & Kitchen Assistant to join a busy catering operation in Winchester.

This is a varied role combining front-of-house service with plate and glass washing duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in delivering excellent service standards.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7
• Shift patterns:
  • 6:45am - 2:45pm
  • 11:30am - 7:45pm
• Every 3rd weekend off
• On other weekends, you may only be required to work one day of the weekend
• 52.2 working weeks per year

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to guests and diners
• Serving food and beverages in a professional manner
• Setting up and clearing dining areas
• Washing plates, glasses and catering equipment
• Assisting with general kitchen and dining room cleanliness
• Supporting the catering team during busy service periods
• Maintaining high food hygiene and health & safety standards

What We're Looking For

• A positive and professional attitude
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hospitality, catering or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
