Waiting Staff / Barista Job Opportunity
Basingstoke, Andover & Surrounding Areas
£12.50 - £15.00 per hour | Flexible Temporary Work | Weekly Pay
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We're recruiting enthusiastic Waiting Staff and Baristas to support a variety of hotel, hospitality, and business & industry (B&I) sites across Basingstoke, Andover, and the surrounding areas.
Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or looking to gain valuable experience, we have flexible shifts available to suit your schedule.
The Role
- Serving food and beverages in restaurants, cafés, and hospitality areas
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees
- Providing outstanding customer service to guests and customers
- Setting up and clearing dining areas
- Operating tills and handling payments where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Supporting catering and hospitality teams during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous waiting, catering, barista, or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Food Hygiene certification is beneficial but not essential
