Part-Time Charity Collection & Delivery Driver
Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 1:30pm
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Charity Collection & Delivery Driver to join a well-established charity team.
This rewarding role involves collecting and delivering donated items such as sofas, furniture, and household goods. You'll be working alongside another driver, helping to make a real difference in the local community.
Duties include:
- Collecting donated furniture and household items
- Delivering items to customers and families in need
- Loading and unloading goods, including some heavy lifting
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the charity positively
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
What we're looking for:
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- A caring, friendly, and professional attitude
- Someone comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life, often in difficult or challenging circumstances
- Good teamwork skills and a willingness to help
- A reasonable level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
- Basic DBS check
- Friendly nature
