We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Staff to join our temporary hospitality team across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas.
This role offers flexible shifts at a variety of hospitality and event venues, including hotels, conference centres, wedding venues, sporting events, care facilities, corporate functions, and other hospitality settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors
- Serving food and beverages in a professional manner
- Clearing tables and maintaining clean dining and event areas
- Assisting with event setup and service requirements
- Taking customer orders and responding to guest requests
- Serving alcoholic beverages where required
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism
- Adhering to food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or over
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Confident interacting with customers and working in busy environments
- Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
- Able to work as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Own transport is advantageous but not essential
