My client is a fast-growing renewable energy contractor delivering solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging solutions across domestic, commercial, and utility-scale projects.
They are a turnkey provider covering design, installation, commissioning, and aftercare. As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our installation team and looking for experienced Solar PV Electricians to join us.
The Role
You will be responsible for signing off all Electrical works. This is a hands-on role where you will work as part of a team who deliver high-quality installations, across a wide spectrum of domestic, commercial and utility projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Sign off all Electrical Installations across the business
· Perform inspection, testing, and fault-finding
· Ensure all works comply with BS 7671 (18th Edition)
· Work closely with project managers and installation teams
· Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
· Complete job documentation and handovers
· Coordinate material and parts ordering
Requirements (Essential)
· NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
· Inspection & Testing (2391 / 2394 & 2395 or equivalent)
· Proven experience installing Solar PV & Battery Storage systems
· Recognised Solar PV & Battery qualification (BPEC / City & Guilds 2372)
· Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
· Experience with both single-phase and three-phase systems
· Experience across domestic and commercial installations
