⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
💷 Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
📅 Contract: Full-Time | Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Assistant to join a well-established and growing operation in Hilton, South Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical background and basic electrical knowledge who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in keeping facilities operating efficiently.

🔨 Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and site upkeep activities
- Assist with mechanical repairs, servicing and equipment adjustments
- Perform basic electrical maintenance tasks where required
- Support preventative maintenance programmes
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues across the site
- Help ensure facilities and equipment remain safe, operational and compliant
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations
👀 About You
- Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering or mechanical role
- Good practical problem-solving skills
- Basic electrical knowledge would be advantageous
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently when required
- Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards
