Are you passionate about supporting people and making a positive impact through meaningful work? We are looking for an organised and proactive Services Coordinator to support the delivery of key services and projects within a busy and dedicated team.

As a Services Coordinator, you will take ownership of a number of important service areas while providing high-quality administrative support across the wider department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a varied workload and working in a role that directly helps others.

WHAT WILL THE SERVICES COORDINATOR DO?

As a Services Coordinator, you will:

โœ… Process applications to a charitable support fund, helping individuals and families access financial assistance when needed

โœ… Make recommendations for funding and signpost applicants to other relevant support organisations

โœ… Maintain accurate records and produce basic financial reports to monitor fund activity

โœ… Coordinate the annual renewal of a specialist professional directory, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for service users

โœ… Support the delivery of organisational training programmes through effective administration

โœ… Manage a busy training mailbox and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner

โœ… Distribute training certificates and liaise with delegates and trainers

โœ… Provide exceptional administrative support across the wider Services Department

โœ… Assist with application processing for additional organisational projects and services as required

โœ… Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively

ABOUT YOU - SERVICES COORDINATOR
