The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in developing Blue Arrow's presence across South East London, working alongside an experienced leadership team that is committed to helping you succeed.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence growth and build meaningful partnerships across your market.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Developing and winning new business opportunities

✅ Building strategic relationships with clients across multiple sectors

✅ Managing and growing key accounts

✅ Delivering both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions

✅ Coaching and supporting less experienced colleagues where required

✅ Identifying opportunities for market expansion

✅ Building candidate talent pipelines within your specialist sector

✅ Delivering exceptional service levels to clients and candidates

✅ Acting as a trusted recruitment partner and market expert
