Join Our Team as a School Cleaner in Bedford
We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking School Cleaners to support a number of schools across Bedford. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and creating a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff.
Whether you have previous cleaning experience or are looking to start a new role, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
- Wiping down surfaces and touchpoints
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
