Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps, and heating systems. We are looking to recruit a SAP Project Support professional to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis at their Belper plant.

⏰ Working Hours

37 hours per week

📅 Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
📅 Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm

🚀 About the Role

This role will provide project support for SAP Logistics as part of an exciting SAP S/4HANA template rollout project.

📋 What Will You Be Doing?

As SAP Project Support, you will:

✅ Work closely with local stakeholders and support change management initiatives

✅ Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP Logistics processes

✅ Create training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

✅ Deliver training and support to colleagues, helping them confidently use the new system

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical and functional issues

✅ Support SAP logistics data cleansing and enrichment activities

✅ Provide first-line functional support during Go-Live and Hypercare phases

🎯 What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone with SAP or ERP systems experience who is eager to develop their skills further within a major transformation project.

💡 Experience with UAT or SAP EWM would be highly desirable but is not essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for new challenges are key.

As you'll be training warehouse staff, you'll also need to be a confident and effective communicator.

Essential & Desirable Skills

🎓 Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field

💻 Previous experience with SAP, ERP, or Oracle systems

📦 Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations would be advantageous

🔍 Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

⚙️ Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, data management, or UAT is desirable but not essential

💪 Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach

🗣️ Strong communication and training skills
