We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a busy and well established restaurant operation within a prestigious hospitality venue in St Andrews. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily operations and supporting a high performing team.
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous Restaurant or Food & Beverage Management experience
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Experience managing rotas, staffing and team development
* Good commercial awareness and confidence working to financial targets
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A hands on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Experience within high-volume hospitality operations
