- Schedule: Full-time with alternate weekends off

The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-volume venue, ensuring outstanding service standards while maintaining a smooth and efficient operation across both Front of House and the kitchen.
You'll be a visible leader, supporting your team during busy services, driving performance, and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager is essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing high-volume operations of approximately 200 covers per day, rising to 300 covers during peak seasons
- Confidence working across both Front of House and kitchen operations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- The ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the restaurant team on a daily basis
- Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high operational standards
- Recruit, train, develop, and mentor team members
- Work closely with kitchen and Front of House teams to ensure seamless service
- Monitor performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are met
- Support business growth through strong leadership and operational excellence
