Reporting Analyst - Belper (Hybrid)

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-focused professional to join a successful business, delivering valuable insights that support Aftersales and Field Service operations while driving performance and customer satisfaction.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Hybrid working is also an option for this position with a requirement of attending the office in Belper, Derbyshire at least 1 or 2 days a week.
Candidates therefore should ideally live within a reasonable commute distance.
About the Reporting Analyst Role
As a Reporting Analyst, you will develop, maintain and enhance reporting solutions that provide meaningful insights across Aftersales and Field Service operations.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will analyse data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
What Will You Be Doing as a Reporting Analyst?
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and performance metrics
- Analyse customer, service and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across multiple systems
- Present insights and recommendations to support business performance
- Consolidate and analyse data from a variety of sources and platforms
- Support automation, efficiency improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
What Are We Looking for in a Reporting Analyst?
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience within a reporting, analytics or business intelligence environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting and visualisation tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
Desirable Experience for the Reporting Analyst
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce or data modelling techniques
- Exposure to forecasting and performance management
- Business intelligence reporting experience
- Continuous improvement and process optimisation experience
