Blue Arrow is investing in ambitious growth across South East London and we're looking for a commercially focused Recruitment Consultant to help us expand our presence across the region.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk and wait for opportunities to land.

We're looking for somebody who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities and making things happen.

Whether your background is recruitment, sales, logistics, transport, account management or business development, what matters most is your ability to connect with people, create opportunities and deliver results.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for developing Blue Arrow's presence across South East London, building long-term relationships with employers and helping businesses solve workforce challenges.

Supported by the strength of one of the UK's best-known recruitment brands, you'll have the freedom to develop your own market while being backed by experienced leaders committed to your success.

This is a genuine growth role.

You'll have the autonomy to develop new client relationships, grow existing accounts and build a reputation as a trusted workforce partner within your territory.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Winning new business and opening doors with employers across South East London

✅ Developing long-term relationships with operational leaders and hiring managers

✅ Identifying opportunities to grow existing client partnerships

✅ Delivering temporary and permanent recruitment solutions

✅ Building talent pipelines within your specialist market

✅ Meeting clients face-to-face and becoming visible within your territory

✅ Managing the recruitment process from attraction through to placement

✅ Delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients

✅ Contributing directly to the growth of Blue Arrow's South East London operation

Who Will Succeed In This Role?

This role will suit somebody who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and influencing outcomes.

You may already be:

• A Recruitment Consultant looking for greater autonomy and earning potential
• A Sales Executive or Business Development Manager with a strong track record of winning business
• A Logistics, Transport or Industrial sector professional with strong commercial awareness
• An Account Manager who enjoys developing new opportunities and client relationships

Most importantly, you'll have:

✔ Experience within recruitment, sales, logistics, transport or business development

✔ A proactive and resilient approach

✔ Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ A commercial mindset and passion for achieving results

✔ A desire to develop your career within a performance-driven environment
