We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Driving & Logistics team in Burton.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage the full recruitment process across Driving & Logistics, working with transport, warehouse and distribution businesses throughout Burton and the surrounding area.

Your focus will be on:

• Developing new client relationships
• Growing existing accounts
• Recruiting professional driving talent
• Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates
• Identifying commercial opportunities
• Building a strong local market presence

This is a role for somebody who enjoys developing relationships, solving workforce challenges and creating opportunities for both clients and candidates.
