I am looking for a Chef to step in and support a pub near Exeter to cover the Head Chef while he is away for two months.
Hours are 11am -9pm Wednesday - Sunday from 12th August until 9th October, with the first week being an induction so may be flexible on days/times etc. Pay is £17 p/h weekdays and £19 p/h weekend so this would be around £890 p/w!
Menu has been simplified, typical pub fare, fish & chips, burgers, steak etc. plus bar snacks. They also do a BBQ on weekends when the weather is good.
Two chefs are working in the kitchen plus a KP to support. Due to the location you must be a driver to get to site for the times stated.
Once this placement comes to an end we can find alternate work for you.
