As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of delivering business-critical projects from initiation through to completion. Working alongside technical teams, senior stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, you'll ensure objectives are clearly defined, risks are managed, and successful outcomes are achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation and planning through to execution and closure
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned to business goals
  • Manage project budgets, costs, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource requirements
  • Manage RAID logs, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are proactively controlled
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project performance, progress, and key milestones
  • Prepare and deliver governance reports, status updates, and executive-level communications
  • Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned activities throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience

We're interested in professionals who can demonstrate experience in some of the following areas:

  • Project Management experience delivering business, technology, engineering, operational, or transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
  • RAID management and risk mitigation planning
  • Resource planning and coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Experience operating within governance and project control frameworks
  • Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • PRINCE2, PMP, APM, Scrum, or equivalent qualifications desirable
  • Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across complex environments
