Pay & Hours:
- Days: £12.78 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm
Contract: Temporary to permanent opportunities available for the right candidates.
We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business with a long history of producing high-quality products. This is a hands-on role suited to people with previous production or manufacturing experience who are comfortable using tools, machinery and working as part of a team.

Key Duties
- Operating vacuum forming machinery
- Assembling products to specification
- Picking and packing finished goods
- Carrying out quality inspections
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Using hand tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Supporting the production process from start to finish
This is a physically active role that involves standing for long periods and carrying out manual handling duties.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Confident using hand tools and machinery
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings
- Good English and numeracy skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to learn different areas of the operation
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks
Full training will be provided, but previous manufacturing experience is essential.
