Production Operative
Location: High Wycombe
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in High Wycombe. Working as part of a production line, you will assist with the assembly and production of water dispensing equipment, ensuring products are built to quality standards and production targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on a production line assembling water dispensing equipment
- Following production processes and work instructions
- Carrying out quality checks on completed products
- Handling materials and components safely
- Supporting colleagues to achieve production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous production, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience desirable
- Able to carry out repetitive tasks accurately
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Team player with a positive attitude
