About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Hartlepool, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team on a temp to perm basis
To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience in manufacturing or production, with basic skills of machine operating in a fast paced environment
Due to essential training that will be carried out on site, we are only able to offer these roles for candidates who can commit to working full time, and are looking for a permanent job opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine operating in a fact paced manufacturing environment - as training develops, you will run multiple machines at once
- To accurately prepare, pack and label products in line with company standards
- Using scanners to log real time data to the warehouse team
- To be computer literate
- To follow strict manufacturing instructions to meet the client requirements
- Regularly handing loads of up to 20kg independent
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production deadlines
Pay Rates:
- £16.60ph - £33.20ph
- Enhanced overtime payments including x1.5 and x2
Shifts:
- 3 on 3 off rotation - so this will include weekends
- 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am
- Full time and immediate start only
