Production Operative
Location: NG17 2JZ
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 7:00am to 2:00pm (1-hour unpaid break)
Blue Arrow is proud to be working in partnership with XPO to recruit reliable and hardworking Production Operatives for an ongoing assignment based in the NG17 area.
The Role
This is a hands-on position working within a busy warehouse and production environment. Duties will include:
- Basic warehouse duties
- Hooking bags onto trucks
- Bailing cardboard and plastic
- Loading tanks with materials
- Working at height when required (full safety harness provided)
- Manual lifting of bags up to 25kg
- Working as part of a close-knit team
Requirements
- Ability to undertake manual handling duties
- Comfortable working at height when required
- Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
Additional Information
- Full site induction provided
- Special induction required before starting
- Safety boots and high-visibility vest must be worn
- Ongoing work available for suitable candidates
