We are currently recruiting for experienced Transport / Planning Administrators to join a busy and expanding transport operation based in Beeston, Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in transport administration, who are seeking a stable, long-term role within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00
• Tuesday to Saturday, 07:00 - 15:00

Transport / Planning Administrator Responsibilities

As a Transport / Planning Administrator, your duties will include:

• Communicating with drivers throughout the day to support transport operations
• Updating transport management and traffic management systems
• Assisting with delivery issues, route amendments, and schedule changes
• Supporting transport planners with daily operational activities
• Monitoring transport movements and ensuring accurate information is recorded
• Providing administrative support to the wider transport and logistics team

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A good understanding of transport and logistics operations
• Previous administration experience within a transport, logistics, planning, or distribution environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems effectively
• Confidence using transport management systems and Microsoft Office applications
