Are you a passionate Pastry Chef looking to create exceptional desserts in a quality-driven kitchen? We are recruiting for a talented Pastry Chef to join a prestigious 2AA Rosette hotel in the beautiful Dorset countryside near Wareham.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional brigade that prides itself on producing high-quality, seasonal dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You'll have the chance to showcase your creativity while developing your skills in a recognised Rosette-standard environment.

The Role

• Producing high-quality pastry, dessert and bakery items to 2AA Rosette standards
• Creating seasonal dessert menus and daily specials
• Preparing breads, afternoon tea offerings and petit fours
• Maintaining exceptional food presentation and attention to detail
• Managing pastry section stock, ordering and waste control
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen brigade

We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie in a quality hotel or restaurant
• Passion for creating outstanding desserts and baked goods
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and presentation
• Experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
