We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a beautiful hotel in Swanage. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning coastal setting while developing your pastry skills within a professional and supportive kitchen team.

The Role
🥐 Preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods
🍰 Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
👨🍳 Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
📦 Managing stock levels and reducing waste within the pastry section
🧼 Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
🤝 Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
About You
✔️ Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie looking to progress
✔️ Passionate about pastry, baking and dessert creation
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and presentation
✔️ Organised, reliable and able to perform under pressure
✔️ Positive attitude and strong team spirit
✔️ Due to the live-in accommodation being off-site, a driving licence and own transport are essential
