Monday to Thursday | 2pm - 10pm
£12.75ph (£13ph for candidates with relevant experience)

Blue Arrow are recruiting for 2 Paint Preparation Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company during an exciting period of growth. You'll initially be based at their Raynesway site before moving to their new Ilkeston operation in the coming weeks.
If you've worked with sanders, abrasive tools, sandpaper, or have experience in a manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or workshop environment, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be preparing products and components ready for painting, making sure surfaces are smooth, clean and finished to a high standard before they move on to the next stage of production.
Duties include:
- Preparing products and components ready for paint
- Sanding and finishing surfaces to the required standard
- Using abrasive tools safely and effectively
- Carrying out visual quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area

What We're Looking For
- Experience using sanders, abrasive tools, sandpaper or similar equipment
