🔧 Packer / FLT Counterbalance Driver - Pack, Move, Deliver!
⏰ Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm
📍 Location: Ilkeston
💷 Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Are you an experienced Packer with an FLT Counterbalance licence? We're currently recruiting for a reliable and hard-working individual to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation in Ilkeston.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with consistent daytime hours, weekly pay, and the chance to become part of a supportive team. Whether your FLT Counterbalance licence is accredited or in-house, we'd love to hear from you.

📋 What You'll Be Doing:
- Packing finished products safely and accurately ready for dispatch 📦
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Loading, unloading and moving stock using a Counterbalance FLT 🚜
- Ensuring products are packed to the required quality standards ✅
- Completing basic paperwork and stock records 📝
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Supporting warehouse and production operations as required 🤝
🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, picking, or production role 📦
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (accredited or in-house accepted) 🚜
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy 👀
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working 💪
- Strong team player with a positive attitude ⭐
