Blue Arrow is recruiting Warehouse Operatives and Packaging Operatives to join a busy and well-established distribution and logistics operation in Nottingham (NG7).

Available Shifts
- Days: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00
- Nights: 22:00 - 06:00
Shift flexibility is preferred as schedules may vary in line with business requirements.
Main Duties
As a Warehouse / Packaging Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing products for dispatch and distribution
- Constructing packaging and flat-pack cartons
- Packing items accurately and efficiently
- Wrapping completed orders and palletising goods
- Supporting production and dispatch operations
- Attaching labels and preparing customer orders
- Achieving productivity and quality targets
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards
About the Position
This role operates within a busy, target-focused warehouse environment where speed, accuracy, and teamwork are key. Successful candidates must be able to work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards.
The position is physically demanding and will involve standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

- Have previous warehouse, manufacturing, packing, or production experience (advantageous but not required)
- Thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven workplace
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Are comfortable carrying out repetitive manual duties
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
