Out of Hours Team Leader
Location: Luton (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £26,600 - £28,000 pro rata
Hours: 35 hours per week
Lead a Team That Keeps Blue Arrow Moving 24/7
We're looking for an energetic and motivated leader to join our Out of Hours team. You'll support a team of consultants, manage operational escalations, and ensure outstanding service for clients and candidates outside standard business hours.
Shift Pattern
This role works on a two-week rota covering mornings, evenings and weekends.
Weekdays
- 04:00 - 10:00
- 17:00 - 00:30
Weekends
- Shifts between 04:00 - 00:30
Every other weekend off will be supported where possible, although rotas may vary to meet business needs.
What You'll Bring
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- Recruitment, staffing, customer operations or similar experience
- Flexible approach to working patterns
