The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, play, and positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and learning activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Monitor and record children's progress and achievements.
• Assist with mealtimes, personal care, and daily routines.
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.
• Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive behaviour.

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (preferred).
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A warm, caring, and patient approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Previous nursery or childcare experience is desirable but not essential.
