Are you a caring and committed Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity?

We're recruiting on behalf of a number of welcoming nursery settings across Andover that are looking to add passionate childcare professionals to their teams. Whether you're newly qualified, working towards a qualification, or already experienced in Early Years, this is a fantastic opportunity to support children as they learn, grow, and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play an important role in creating engaging learning experiences while supporting children's emotional, social, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children.
• Support learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Deliver and participate in fun, age-appropriate activities and play sessions.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Observe, monitor, and record children's progress and achievements.
• Assist with daily routines, mealtimes, and personal care where required.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Encourage positive behaviour, inclusion, and wellbeing for all children.

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification preferred.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework and child-led learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A warm, patient, and nurturing approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Previous experience within a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting is advantageous.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate preferred or willingness to obtain one.
