Marketing & Design Executive

Location: Langley, Berkshire

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organised, and hands-on Marketing & Design Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys combining graphic design, creative production, website content management, and marketing support within a fast-paced product-led environment.

This varied role will see you working closely with management, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand presentation across all customer touchpoints. You will take ownership of producing high-quality marketing materials, managing website content, creating technical product literature, and supporting wider marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

  • Design and produce brochures, leaflets, flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Create artwork for large-format advertising, billboards, and display campaigns.
  • Develop digital assets for websites, email marketing, digital advertising, and social media.
  • Produce point-of-sale materials and showroom displays.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Prepare artwork for print production and external suppliers.
  • Adapt and resize creative content for various platforms and formats.

Website Management

  • Manage and update website content on a day-to-day basis.
  • Upload new products, product ranges, specifications, and imagery.
  • Maintain accurate product descriptions and downloadable resources.
  • Ensure discontinued and updated products are managed correctly.
  • Liaise with external web development agencies when required.
  • Regularly review website content for accuracy and presentation.

Technical & Product Literature

  • Create and update technical specification sheets.
  • Produce dimensional drawings and technical product documents.
  • Create downloadable PDF product information resources.
  • Update existing literature as products and specifications evolve.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage and maintain a well-organised library of assets and documentation.
  • Produce product launch materials and sales support documentation.

Brochures & Catalogues

  • Support the creation and maintenance of company brochures and catalogues.
  • Update product information, pricing, imagery, and specifications.
  • Liaise with printers, photographers, and external suppliers.
  • Proofread and check artwork before production.
  • Create targeted brochures for specific customer groups and product categories.

Photography & Image Management

  • Coordinate product photography requirements.
  • Edit, resize, crop, and optimise images for print and digital use.
  • Maintain a structured and accessible image library.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.

Marketing Campaigns & Communications

  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Create customer email communications and marketing materials.
  • Develop presentations and sales support tools.
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
  • Work with external agencies and suppliers when required.
  • Support exhibitions, events, and showroom activities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have strong graphic design capabilities alongside practical marketing experience.

Essential

  • Strong graphic design and creative production skills.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality print and digital design work.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • InDesign
    • Illustrator
    • Photoshop
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork.
  • Experience managing and updating website content.
  • Experience producing brochures, catalogues, and technical literature.
  • Strong image editing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Desirable

  • Experience within an in-house marketing team or creative agency.
  • Experience within a product-led business.
  • Background within bathrooms, interiors, construction, manufacturing, architecture, or related industries.
  • Understanding of product marketing and technical documentation.
