We are a growing and innovative product-led business within the interiors and home improvement sector, supplying high-quality products to retail, specification and contract markets across the UK.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing & Design Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining graphic design, creative production, website management and marketing support.

The Role

This hands-on position will play a key role in delivering the company's day-to-day marketing and creative output across print, digital, website content, product communications and promotional materials.

Working closely with sales, product and management teams, you will help ensure the brand is presented consistently and professionally across all customer touchpoints.

This role would suit someone with strong graphic design skills who enjoys creating content themselves while supporting wider marketing initiatives and coordinating with external suppliers when required.

  • Prepare artwork for professional print production.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple formats and channels.

Website Management

  • Manage day-to-day website content updates.
  • Upload new products, product ranges and associated information.
  • Update product descriptions, specifications, images and downloadable documents.

  • Liaise with external web developers on technical updates and enhancements.

Technical & Product Literature

  • Create and maintain technical specification sheets and product documentation.
  • Produce dimensional drawings and downloadable PDF literature.
  • Update technical information when products or specifications change.
  • Work closely with product teams to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Maintain an organised library of technical documents and marketing assets.
  • Create product launch materials and sales support documentation.

Brochures & Catalogues

  • Assist with the production and maintenance of product catalogues and brochures.
  • Update product codes, descriptions, specifications and imagery.
  • Coordinate with printers, photographers and external suppliers.
  • Proof artwork prior to print and publication.
  • Produce targeted marketing literature for specific products, customers and sectors.

Product Photography & Imagery

  • Coordinate product photography requirements.

  • Assist with exhibitions, customer events and promotional activities.
  • Liaise with agencies and external suppliers when required.
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and market presence.

Skills & Experience Required

The successful candidate will have a strong blend of creative design expertise and practical marketing experience.

Essential

  • Strong graphic design skills with a professional portfolio.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • InDesign

You should take pride in delivering high-quality work, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy helping a brand stand out in a competitive marketplace.
