This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a growing manufacturing business. You'll play a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving product costing, enhancing margin visibility and supporting strategic business decisions while bringing management accounts in-house. The position will also support future system improvements, including a potential move from Sage 50 to Sage 200.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or process manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of management accounts, product costing, stock accounting and margin analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience preparing or contributing to monthly management accounts
- The ability to work closely with operational teams and influence commercial decisions
- A proactive, hands on approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly
- ACCA, CIMA or ICAS qualifications (desirable)
- Experience with Sage 50, Sage 200 or ERP systems (desirable)
